  1. Helpful post thank you. I have been practicing TM for over 10 years now - and it is definitely a good match for me. Honestly it has been a life saver in many ways and I can say that my life is better...I am a better person all around for sticking to a regular TM practice. That said I do use mindfulness when I practice and teach yoga - it is a good fit in that context for me.
